WHAT HAPPENS ON THE CLARITY CALL?
1. What even is life coaching? Do I need one?
A life coach is a wellness professional who assists people in making progress in their lives in order to gain fulfillment. You can work with a life coach to improve areas of physical and emotional wellbeing, career, relationship and more. A good life coach will help you to clarify your visions, identify internal and external obstacles that have been holding you back, and create a plan of action for overcoming those obstacles. Part guide, part thinking partner, part cheerleader, part accountability partner: a life coach is there to hold space for and support you in everything you want to do with your life.
Research tells us that you're going against major odds by trying to go at your life goals alone. Making a conscious decision to go for it improves your chances to 10-25%. Deciding when and how, increases your chances to 50%. If you make a real commitment to someone about your vision, your probability increases to 65%, and when you set a specific accountability appointment with a person you are committed to, your odds rise to a whopping 95%. So, what would you choose to do in your life, if you knew your odds of achievement were 95%? And why are you waiting?
2. How do you differ from other life coaches?
First may I say, I belong to a community of amazing life coaches, each with a unique background and focus. My clients will tell you that I have referred them to other life coaches when I feel someone would be a better fit for what they're looking to create.
That said, my focus is specifically on transformation coaching. I work with my clients to identify their soul's deepest desires, independent of outside in expectations. It's not just about what you're trying to accomplish on the external. It is always about who you are desiring to become. And who you are truly desiring to become is always a more authentic expression of YOU. You want to raise your vibes; so, if the goals you present aren't fulfilling, we will work together to explore what is really desiring to come true in your world.
Once we have identified your authentic ideal vision, we create targets and action steps to bring your unique blueprint to life. I call these metamorphic actions because they are meant to create the most evolved version of you, minus all the limiting beliefs and bad programs that were installed along the way.
Simultaneously, we systematically build daily rituals to raise the frequency in your life. I am not here to be your advisor. I am here to point you back to your own authentic intuition {or God guidance}, and we can not do that if you are attached to lower vibration habits. Because your intuition comes online when you are peaceful and tuned in.
I require my clients to take full responsibility for their choices and 100% commitment. With these two agreements in place, possibilities are limitless.
3. I read that your clients are comparing your sessions to therapy. How does life coaching differ from therapy?
It must be said that life coaching is not a substitute for therapy or a licensed mental health professional. If you are experiencing symptoms of a mental health problem (such as hopelessness, difficulty concentrating, sleep disruption and mood disturbance) it is crucial that you consult with a qualified and licensed mental health professional as soon as possible. In fact, many of my clients work with me to uncover insights which I invite them to explore with their therapist or psychiatrist. I am a huge proponent of therapy and often suggest it to my clients where needed.
One of the reasons my clients may compare our sessions to therapy is that I have logged hundreds of hours of counseling practice hours in a formal academic setting as part of my education in the Spiritual Psychology Masters program at the University of Santa Monica. Through this education, I have a greater than average experience in helping people release trauma. True transformation requires emotional shifts around emotional traumas. The impacts of trauma vary across individuals and can range from subtle to insidious to severely destructive. Some individuals exhibit resilient responses or consequences that fall outside of diagnostic criteria. Others may experience symptoms associated with post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and require the attention of a licensed mental health professional in addition to or in some cases instead of life coaching.
My clients and are primarily present and future focused in our conversations. But we do address the past, as it is always relevant to transformation. As a coach, I implement a number of tools and strategies across many disciplines including neuro linguistic programming (NLP), emotional freedom technique (EFT), and breath work to help the nervous system release what my clients have been carrying unnecessarily for too long. But it is never my intention to replace the assistance of a qualified mental health professional.
I am honored and humbled that our work produces such deep results in those who compare it favorably to therapy. However, as it is a vision of mine to complete my education and become a licensed psychotherapist myself, I would like to reemphasize that what I do is not nor is it intended to be a replacement for seeing a licensed mental health professional when needed.
4. Why would I hire a life coach like you when I could just ask AI for support?
It’s a valid question—especially in a world where information is instant and artificial intelligence seems like a shortcut to self-help.
But here’s the thing: AI can give you answers. I help you transform. And that transformation doesn’t happen just because we talk—it happens because of how I hold space, what I listen for, and the frequency I tune into long before we speak.
Let’s ground this in both science and soul:
a. Your nervous system doesn’t shift through advice—it shifts through presence.
According to Polyvagal Theory, when you feel emotionally safe and heard, your body exits survival mode and enters a state of connection, growth, and healing. Even over the phone, tone of voice, rhythm, and breath create powerful co-regulation. This isn’t just about information—it’s about helping your body feel safe enough to change.
b. My voice carries more than words.
The science of prosody tells us that the emotional meaning in speech is carried through tone, rhythm, pacing, and subtle inflection. A soothing, attuned voice can calm the nervous system, spark clarity, and invite deep introspection—often more powerfully than the words themselves.
c. This process transcends the research.
While the science is beautiful, what happens in our conversations often moves beyond what can be measured.
I spend intentional time in prayer, intuition, and energetic alignment—before, during, and between sessions—so that I can serve not just your mind, but your soul.
There are moments when something comes through—an image, a phrase, a knowing—and I speak it out loud.
And it lands. Not because I had the facts, but because I trusted the field we created together.
My clients often say things like:
“I didn’t even tell you that—but somehow you knew.”
Because we’re not just working with language.
We’re working with frequency, with presence, and with what’s beneath the words.
So yes, you could ask AI. You could get ideas, insights, or clever reframes. But what you won’t get is the sacred, attuned space where your transformation is felt, mirrored, and midwifed into being.
You won’t get someone who prays over your process.
Who receives guidance between sessions.
Who follows intuitive threads and speaks truth with tenderness.
Who calls in exactly what you didn’t know you came for—but deeply needed.
That’s not data. It’s devotion. And that’s why this work matters now more than ever.
5. How often do we need to meet and for how long?
Frequency and duration of sessions depends on many factors. Most of my clients opt to see me once per week for 55 minutes (Power Sesh), but I have clients who range from as needed appointments to twice per week Ultra Seshes (75 minutes). In your initial complimentary discovery call, this is something we can explore together.
6. How long before I see results?
Most of my clients report immediate shifts after our first conversation. However the longterm efficacy of coaching relies heavily upon your willingness to be coachable in session and more importantly in your life. This is why full commitment, responsibility and honesty are so necessary. You are the star of your show, and I want to see you shine. The best coach on the planet is worthless to the client who doesn't show up fully for the work and invaluable to the one who does. I am fully committed to the process for anyone who is all in. If you're feeling fully ready you can expect rapid and exponential results.
7. Am I ready to hire a coach?
Hiring a coach is an investment that can up your chances of success in any area to 95% but only if you bring full commitment, authenticity, and personal responsibility to the process. If you are unwilling to commit fully, if you're unwilling to be honest with yourself or your coach, and/or if you are unwilling to take full responsibility in your life, you may not be ready yet. And that's okay. Neither one of us wants you to waste your money. But if you are backpack-over-the-wall ready to get raw, honest and action-oriented around your hearts desires, coaching may be the best investment you will make for yourself. And I'd be honored to partner with you in making your dreams come true starting today!
8. What happens on the clarity call?
The clarity call is a relaxed 30–45 minute conversation where we get to know each other and explore whether coaching is a good fit for you.
I’ll ask you about what you’re hoping to create in your life, what you’ve already tried, what obstacles you’ve encountered, and—most importantly—why now feels like the right time. You’re free to share as much or as little as you’d like. It’s a confidential, no-pressure space.
I’ll also walk you through how the coaching process works and what makes a coaching relationship successful. And regardless of what you decide, I’ll send you one of my favorite support tools to help you take an immediate step forward in your world.
You’re welcome to ask me anything—and at the end, you can let me know if it’s a yes, a no, or a “still thinking about it.” There’s no pressure either way.
My commitment is that you walk away feeling clearer, more grounded, and newly empowered—whether we work together or not.
This call is a win in and of itself.
If you’re ready to explore, just send me a message and we’ll get you on the calendar this week.
