Where have you been all my life?

I saw this amazing post one day on Facebook where Debbie was talking about happiness, peace and contentment. I just remember wanting all that was there. 

What was it that I was missing? I have an amazing relationship with Christ, beautiful children. I’m healthy. I often thought what could be missing? I remember often feeling stuck. 

One thing I knew was that I couldn’t keep on going through life without experiencing that happiness and contentment that was displayed in the message she posted. So with no expectations and completely skeptical at the time, I reached out and chatted with Debbie to see what  package would  best suit me. 

One session later, WOW! I started praying and asking God why didn’t you show me these things way earlier in my life. He responded with you were too prideful and always thought you had it under control. God showed me his perfect timing in perfect alignment once I surrendered.  

Two sessions in, I was blown away at how much I had taken control over the anxiety and stress that seemed to have been just locked up inside of me. 

Third session, all of the pieces I thought I was missing started to align and connect like a kindergarten puzzle. 

I’m so grateful, I’m so honored, and I’m so blessed to continue the opportunity of speaking with one of the most amazing spirit led individuals I have ever met.

I’ve learned things over the past eight months that I’ve absolutely changed my life! From simple things that I needed to be reminded about to a plethora of tools to use on this short journey called “life.”

Let me just start off by saying that if you have not been to a workshop by Debbie, you are missing out on powerful tools in your emotional tool kit!

I really did not expect to feel so much this morning. I sat there ready to learn and what happened was I was taken outside of myself and brought to a place that moved me to tears several times.

I’ve had a little experience with Debbie before, and I knew it was something that was going to be valuable. I thought that I had it all together and didn't need help. However, I was looking too have someone help me get over a few hurdles in my own life and business. Before starting the VIBE 90X program, I was in the midst of a big transition, having just switched companies. I was running full speed ahead in both my career and mom life but found myself in a fear-based mindset, worried about whether I could continue juggling it all. I believed this program could guide me toward the balance and clarity I was seeking, and I was ready to dive in.

One of the most pivotal breakthroughs I experienced during these 90 days was learning to embrace the “pings and pangs” of emotions. It was eye-opening to understand that every feeling—whether good or challenging—is here to serve me, and it’s my job to meet each one with the love and compassion it deserves. This was a total “aha” moment for me, realizing that I had spent much of my life masking emotions, which had led to difficult seasons I wanted to avoid repeating. It hit me like a lightning bolt: the key is to pause, acknowledge, learn from those emotions, and move forward. VIBE 90X taught me this vital ritual, and it’s a tool I now keep close.

The tools and strategies provided in the program have had such a profound impact on my growth. I love that the connect sessions and audio/video lessons can be revisited anytime, each offering new insights as I continue to grow. The gift of being part of the VIBE 90X community is something I’m deeply thankful for.

What surprised me most about my journey was that, while I threw myself into the lessons and began making meaningful shifts in my mindset and career, I initially experienced a regression in sales. This forced me to confront my fears head-on and trust the process. Coming out the other side, I emerged stronger than ever—I picked up awards, stepped into leadership roles, made top 10 lists, and gained so much more. The entire experience confirmed that trusting the process meant trusting myself, and that trust was well-placed.

Completing the VIBE 90X program has transformed my life in ways I never anticipated. My relationship with myself has grown exponentially, and my confidence has soared—not because I always finished first, but because I’ve grown in ways that truly matter. A defining moment came at one of the year’s final events when I was asked to speak. Knowing my fear of public speaking, I surprised myself by accepting. Even after tripping on my way up the stairs, I made it to the podium with grace and delivered a prayer that deserved to be spoken. That was when I knew: growth is happening, and it’s real.

I’m incredibly excited to see where the tools and mindset I’ve gained through VIBE 90X will take me next. The sky’s the limit when you’re aligned with what is meant for you. Thank you, Debbie, for guiding me on this journey!

I believe it is a wonderful perspective to be so fortunate as to have someone who is at least 30 years younger than me to be my mentor and coach.

What does a 68-year-old woman need advice on? LIFE! Debbie is so very full of LIFE. her super power, I believe, is that with just a few minutes of conversation she can see into the very crux of what is going on in your life and in your heart. She knows the questions to ask to help you get to the root of what may be stopping you or causing you pain.

Debbie incorporates so many pathways to good health...physical, mental, and spiritual. I loved Debbie’s Becoming Vibrationally Bulletproof Workshop and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to uplevel and raise their vibration.

She taught us that peace is the access point to all higher vibrational states of being, and that was a game changer for me. This past weekend, I attended the TransfoMotion Train event led by Debbie Denova. When my group arrived we were greeted with a unique social experience. The venue was exciting, we were provided with light bites and an open bar and hydration station.
During the night, DJ Spade kept the energy flowing with positive, upbeat music and Debbie guided us through the experience with words with feeling and encouragement.
The atmosphere was lively. People danced among people they knew and vibes with people they had not yet met beyond the dance floor. Everyone stayed and played in the moment.
For my part, I felt the experience as a momentary release of stress, responsibilities, and thoughts of the past or present. I felt very much in the moment and was able to enjoy life very intentionally. I was able to release my anchors and reconnect to that vibrancy you feel when you're still in those parts of life where there are no duties.
